1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the websites and services provided by Tithonian Limited ("Tithonian", "we", "us"), a company registered in England with company number 17366148. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Using our services
You may use our services only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to:
- use the services for any unlawful purpose, or to harm others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the services;
- copy, resell, or redistribute the services without our written permission.
3. Accounts
Where a service requires an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Intellectual property
The services, including their software, design, text, and branding, remain the property of Tithonian or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that material to you. You keep ownership of any content you supply to us, and grant us the permission we need to operate the services on your behalf.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep our services available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may update these terms. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice.
6. Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably need to in order to protect our services or other users.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
